We have some new neighbors rolling in and it feels like the perfect fit for the beautiful former wisnet/Blue Door building! Congratulations Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County 🫶📢 We’re moving! We began creating and supporting one-to-one mentoring relationships between Bigs and Littles in the Fond du Lac County area in 1967. The program has only continued to grow since then, with 119 current matches and 135 children on our waiting list today. Afterschool group mentoring opportunities such as Teen Group (ages 13-17) and Game Changers (ages 8-12) along with other monthly activities at the BBBS office help us provide meaningful engagement for all 254 children in our program.
That’s why we can’t wait to serve our Bigs, Littles, and families at 987 S. Main Street this September! The new facility offers multiple indoor meeting areas, an expansive outdoor space, and a functional hub for mentoring even more local youth.
Thank you to our incredible volunteers, donors, supporters, and families. We couldn’t do this without you! We’re looking forward to building bigger futures together at our new mentoring home. 💚
P.S. Although we’ll be taking over their current space, our friends at Blue Door Consulting will still be serving the Fond du Lac County area for all your branding, marketing, social media, and web needs from their Oshkosh office!
