A. Applicants must have attended Sabish for at least one year and been an active member of Sabish Student Council.
B. Applicants must have plans to pursue post high school education.
C. Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
D. Applicants must be a senior at Fond du Lac High School
A. A completed application
B. A personal essay of approximately 500 words explaining why he/she deserves to be awarded the Sabish scholarship and should include contributions made to Sabish while serving as a student council member. Essays must be typed and will be judged on content, style, and mechanics. The essay should be attached to the application form, but should NOT include a cover page or the student’s name.
C. An official high school transcript must accompany the application.
